Each tournament's provider rules are authoritative for registration, anti-cheat and match conduct.
Conduct
Harassment, cheating, account sharing and match fixing lead to disqualification and possible bans from future QSL events.
Rosters
Rosters lock at check-in. Substitutes must be declared before the event starts.

Raise disputes with the provider first, then contact QSL admins with evidence.
